An Open Letter to Kids On Exchange

This is going to be an extremely short post, but I thought it would be really great for the upcoming outbounds to read this. After, my surgery I was "housebound" for the week (I still managed to sneak out for a bit). If any of you students ever have this happen to someone you know while on exchange please visit them if possible. It means the world to them and gives them something to do, so they aren't bored out of their mind. It also makes them fell better because they aren't thinking about how the are "wasting" days of their exchange and any pain they might be in. You don't have to do much it could be as simple as watching the Olympics with them or making them sit in a store while you are shopping. Also, you never know you may gain a friend that will have your back no matter what.
